Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we’re happy to accommodate whenever possible. Because each appointment reserves dedicated time on our calendar, cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a fee equal to 20% of the scheduled service. Late cancellations and no-shows leave appointment times unavailable to other clients who may have wanted to book.
